RETURN POLICY

NOTE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE :

The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted. The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved. Products bought during sale are non-refundable.

Return Policy In the odd case that you do not love your Indiehaat products, here is our policy on returns:

Raise your return request within 3 days of receiving the shipment through an email on indiehaat.handmade@indiehaat.com or on WhatsApp 8431848384. The product opening videos are must for any return request. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or you get a wrong product you should send us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. As the products are made to order returns are only eligible in case of damaged products or wrong product delivery. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.

Refund Policy

Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item, and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

We aim to process all refund within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your refund, feel free to reach out to the Indiehaat customer care team at indiehaat.handmade@indiehaat.com or on WhatsApp 6364420634. All refunds are subject to the discretion of IndieHaat. But we’re a friendly bunch.

Exchange Policy

Raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request

Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 3 days of receiving the shipment. In case of exceptional cases please write to us at indiehaat.handmade@indiehaat.com You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, the balance needs to be paid by the customer. Products bought during sale are non-refundable. The reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges would be borne by the customer which will be charged on actuals.
